Shipping and Returns


All of our dresses are shipped via registered express post (with a tracking number). These are sent via Star Track Express.

We do not send to P.O. Boxes, and do require a physical address for the dresses to be sent to. We also require a signature for the receiver to ensure the goods have arrived safety

Our dresses can take between 2 weeks to 8 weeks to arrive. You can contact use via the Contact us Form or call us in our showroom on 07 3491 6699 to inquire on the process of your order

The cost of shipping is a Flat Fee of $19.95. This priced is fixed, no matter how many gowns you buy in your purchase.



Bridesmaids Australia will only accept returns on faulty goods.

All our dresses are thoroughly checked prior to sending for any faults.


You may return the faulty items within 7 days from receipt of the item for a refund or exchange. They must be returned in the condition you received them, and they must be unworn, unwashed, or unaltered with all tags attached.

Full refunds will be available on all products with major faults/defects, including sale items

Any returns and exchanges will incur postage to be paid by the customer
